This Saturday – 21st Annual Haiku Ho`olaule`a and Flower Festival

Ho’olaule’a…. what?? No worries, it’s just another word for a Hawaiian celebration!

This Saturday from 9am-4pm the Haiku community is celebrating their 21st Annual Haiku Ho’olaule’a and Flower Festival – a fundraiser for their school, community center and the Maui Boys and Girls club. It is held at the Haiku Elementary School grounds, at 105 Pauwela Road in Haiku.

To quote their website:

The Maui community and visitors alike are invited to spend the day, bring their families and lawn chairs and join the Haiku community to enjoy fabulous live entertainment, culinary delights from local restaurants and the Haiku Ohana, the famous Haiku School bake sale, one of the largest silent auctions on Maui, floral design and lei making contests, a Haiku historical display, plenty of activities for Keiki and much more.

Looks like it will be a fun event! See their website for more information, and go have a look!!
